dickies overalls
First times I've seen this thread, but thought it was worth mentioning that the Dickies overalls I got have a very short body. I sized up and they are still borderline for crushing my balls when crouching.
Still they are cheap, have knee pad locators, reach-through pockets, and are easy on/off.

preference for north/east part of town
or anyone else who makes nice overalls in decent range of colours
