• No but seriously, what Tijs said, you're killing it! Well done on all fronts.

  • Lovely bikes. Very interested in the ptogression of the Bianchi build.

  • @Yellow_Peril At the moment nothing to crazy, frame had been fully cleaned, headset, and BB serviced. Just placed it on gumwall wheel set, with few bits

    Period correct dustcaps incoming

Also, few month ago I've bought a nice handcrafted Preuss frameset.

A bit of work had been done, replaced the aluminum fork by a steel one, extended the thread and cut the steerer. Then build it..

It's from Columbus Altec2+ Pro series tubes. Insanely reactive

  • Tu as bien fait, to buy it ! malgré mon scepticisme !!! <3<3<3
J'ai une potence Cinelli 2A mais en 90...

  • Your toe clips are bent >> straight to anti

  • Where is the De Rosa?! Cant wait, is it here and I’ve missed it!?

  • English humour ?

  • @gaston what you mean by « malgré mon simplissime » ? D’ailleurs tu parles du Bianchi ou du Preuss ?

@Pawlus At the moment it should be somewhere between France and Ukraine, but no reason to be that excited, it’s steel scrap with an heart pantographed on the bottom ;)

  • Oups.... correcteur d’orthographe... j'ai édité
    ça déchire sa remé !!!

  • If its anything like your other bikes then I’m prepared to collect my jaw from the floor.

  • trying to do something with this Tétanos giver

  • Trying to do something with this Tétanos giver

I do like the BB shell

  • build it up and ride it like you stole it.. how's that for an idea? this would make a perfect rat.

  • This is so nice, a really nice color! The heart cutout on the BB! Is the chainstsy bridge welded asymmetrically? Is there a small bulge between two hearts on the BB? It has the same seat clamp lug as mine, different seat stay caps though! What year do you think it was built? Please post more pics of this amazing, handcrafted masterpiece!

Edit: wow that front fork. Do you know if this was a team frame?

  • Where can I see your ?

I think the chain stay bridge isn't asymmetric, and yes I have a small bulge between the two hearts. Believing the DeRosa classic guide, this one is from 1976/1978 period, apparently it's the only period they've engraved the seat stay caps with the heart..

Original fork was missing, but this one do the job..

I've no idea if it's a team frame or no, but I think it was used in Russia in the late 70's. Also the only think engraved on the bottom shell is a "0"..

  • Winning the fixie game

  • Damn this is good

  • Damn this is seriously nice!

  • There are a few De Rosas with the same seat stay caps that were dated convincingly as 77/78. The highlight of this frame are definitely BB shell and pressed lugs. Mine has similar lugs.

I also think you’ve chosen a very nice fork for it, as the original fork would have flat crown and (probably) no engravings.

  • ^ Wow, that really is something special. It's been a very long time since I've really wanted a track bike, and that's made me want one.

Raw metal dropouts against the polished alloy hub looks awesome.

  • Very nice! What are the bars?

  • @JamesNQ thank you ! I guess you talk of the De Rosa..

@ltc it's just a cheap generic riser from french distributor called CGN
