New bedroom air-con is bloody lovely... We're putting them in our other two bedrooms as well and getting a fan and new light for the kitchen... We'll wait til our sparky gets back from seeing his family in France over Xmas...
Then it's a lick of paint, new stumps, turn the carport into a garage, build a nice big veranda, a new bathroom, a new kitchen and then we'll be done... Last three aren't a priority...
