You're Swiss, that's a steal!

I'm in London, it's even more of a steal compared to prices here. In my area, I could barely get an OK 1-bedroom for this money, never mind with bills included...

I'm in Berlin, ahh I won't get started on this then..

Here's an idea.
Sublet your own expensive flat and come and rent ours for cheaper. You'll make money doing nothing. :)
I forgot to add that washing machine and dryer is in the basement, shared with the rest of the building.

Unfortunately impossible due to work reasons. But if I could work from home for 3 months, you don't even know how very tempted I'd be to do this:
Sublet your own expensive flat and come and rent ours for cheaper.

I'm after a place for January as I'm moving to Copenhagen for work but 10,000dkk per month is outside my budget, I haven't budgeted for an entire flat and need to keep funds on hand for deposit. On the off chance someone else is looking for a place in Copenhagen around this time and wants to split it hit me up, provided that'd be acceptable to @drøn obviously.

Splitting is fine and definitely feasible. The flat is good for four persons comfotably, if two are a couple and one is small enough.

Sorry, Mr Nosey here - what's that amazing lightbox thing in the lounge corner?

Vintage italian architects drawing board. It's very trendy and hip, I know.
I'm an architect and I did most of my school project drawings by hand up until the last year of my masters. -

You have a lovely flat. I showed the pictures to my wife because I want our house to look the same.

I'll semi-hijack this thread on the off chance any Københavnere are reading, I'm moving to your beautiful city for work in Jan/Feb and looking for a room. Hit me up with a message if you're looking for a fellow bike obsessed housemate.
As part of my wife's PhD were going to stay in the Netherlands for three months this spring and therefore looking to rent out our fully furnished apartment.
Available from january 30. to april 30, 20019.
98 m^2, three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath and toilet.
The kitchen is nice. There's a cosy loft bed.
Will be perfect for a family of two adults and two kids, but smaller adults could probably fit the children's rooms. :)
I's a nice neighbourhood, quiet and centralish, lots of kids families.
About 10,000DKK/1,185.40GBP bills included.
I forgot to add that washing machine and dryer is in the basement, shared with the rest of the building.
I could include usage of some bikes, including a big cargo trike for an additional charge.
This is the first time I'm advertising an apartment. Let me know if I've missed anything or if yuo have any questions.
I will post photos later.
