I love a path frame, some of them were designed around 27" wheels
In the days when track cycling was still called path cycling, all of them were, since 28" tubulars are about the same size as 27" clinchers. As a result, road/path bikes usually had 27" wheels, whereas pure road bike more often had 26" wheels.
Nice. I love a path frame, some of them were designed around 27" wheels, so that would give you extra clearance on 700c wheels.
Your brake levers are very low on the bars if I may. You could raise them a little and tilt the bars down, hood position would be the same.
