Maybe, idk, but why care? Lowball all you like. Where is this out of interest, I'm guessing somewhere rural?

Does anyone have any experience of buying property in Sweden? There is a house I like but I think it’s over priced. Is it considered bad form to put in a lower offer than the guide price? It’s been reduced significantly once before. Also if I make an offer to the agent are they legally obliged to pass it on to the vendor? Or can they tell me to get lost, if they think it’s too low?
