Is it possible to run the hope pro 2 Evo wheels with shimano or sram 11 speed? Thanks

Yeah, definitely if you want to switch the freehub body to a Shimano one. I know this as I run that exact set up with SRAM on another bike.

But, I've also found that Campagnolo 11 speed and Shimano 11 spacings are the same as I've been running a Campag freehubbed wheel with an Campag 11 speed cassette on Shimano 11 shifters. Works perfectly. Would just mean that you'd be restricted to using Campag 11 cassettes with your Shimano11/SRAM11 shifters and generally Campag don't offer the same high range cassette options. So if you want a big range cassette it might be easier to swap the freehub body.
