  • Well I guess you could just wipe the bottom of the flask (there is a large silicone pad there though which is nice per se, but not that great for wiping) - but for most people I think the problem would rather be drinking tea with sugar or cacao or whatnot out of the mug, and then putting it over the flask when done

    Long story short: get a small (0.3 / 0.5L) one - they do not come with the mug (..but with the tea-strainer-thingy)!

  • I'll take that as a recommendation. I am in the market for one of these anyway and was looking at the Frank Green, Kleen Canteen, etc. Merry Christmas to me then!

  • fwiw my sigg hot & cold leaks very easily. i accidentally put my bag in an overhead bin on a train forgetting it was in a side pocket and almost immediately had a hot coffee shower when I sat down.

    the sigg keeps drinks piping hot (thermos style) while the frank green is more for carting around a drink you intend to have sooner rather than later but it's much more leak proof.
