Is it tough? I've heard it's long rather than difficult. I keep trying to persuade my friends to do it but they won't

It's not that technical. There's some tricky rooty drops, and the Worm Hole has some big rocky features - I lost a few teeth off my big chainring doing the big drop off at the beginning of it when it ground over the big rock at the beginning. But it's all rollable so nothing which absolutely requires jumping skills. It is pretty long though. Took us just under 4 hours riding time, and we weren't hanging about.
