I've seen a few things about 30mm bearings in a BSA shell being small and not durable.
The Rotor BSA30 bearings are fine. They're standard Bb30 bearings but outboard. I'd go with 3d+.
Would only need the P2M spider if I stuck with 3D24. Any real upsides to 3D+? Such wattage, etc.
Tiny bit lighter I think.
If you have the 3d24 I would stick with that tbh.
No. Just inconvenience trying to get a 30mm spindle in 24mm bb. Get the 24.
Any real upsides to 3D+?
None that make it worth ditching perfectly good 24mm cranks.
No. If you've got the 3D24 cranks already, stick with them.
