If you have the 3d24 I would stick with that tbh.

No. Just inconvenience trying to get a 30mm spindle in 24mm bb. Get the 24.

None that make it worth ditching perfectly good 24mm cranks.

No. If you've got the 3D24 cranks already, stick with them.

The Rotor BSA30 bearings are fine. They're standard Bb30 bearings but outboard. I'd go with 3d+.
