Considering an NG eco to replace my ageing P2M classic. Any reason not to stick with 3D24? The classic has lasted me 4 years and I'd want to be relatively future proof.
Guess if Shimano are sticking with Hollowtech II there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
I've seen a few things about 30mm bearings in a BSA shell being small and not durable. Assume this is hogwash.
What is the difference between 3D+ and "true" BB30? Supposedly BB30 isn't the correct length for BSA shells but 3D+ is? Trying to avoid spacers etc. at all costs.
