Borghini and Tokyofixed Dart are amongst the best in the genre. The Cinelli while very nice is in the wrong thread IMO.
What component changes would you make to the Cinelli in order for it to qualify? Hoods, hubs...?
Hoods. It's like the recipe for road fixed. A fixed bike with hoods and at least one brake. TT/aero bars setup also fits in. The cinelli is "just" a nice functional fixed build.
