Last time I drove one was a newish one in like 03 and I really liked it, but a mate of mine sold a pretty worn one last year and he hated it. According to him it just didn't age well, was noisy on the motorway and generally a shit car.
Take my words with a pinch of salt though as it's just someone's opinion. Perhaps @BrickMan knows them better?
