Simple really. With the jean leg opened out, fold the inside leg seam over itself for about 6 inches from the bottom. Pin the 'tuck' in place. Roll your turnup, then stitch it in place to make it permanent. In the pic you can see the fold or tuck, the jean turned up and the stitch, in white thread, near the yellow stitched leg seam. Only the stitch is repeated on the outside leg seam, no tuck required.
