Isla bikes are good though the rear mech hanger is very soft and gets bent easily if it is knocked. On the other hand, they can easily be bent back in to place too.
I think Frog bikes are good; I know schools that have a stock of them and they seem to last year after year. I think for most children either one would be more than good enough.
