From a cultural background of having a cooked breakfast, anything less than 3 feels disappointing to me.
Hard to hit 100g protein a day without meat/fish.
Loosely trying to be 100g protein, 160g carbs, 50g fat as a base at the moment with more carbs on more cardio heavy days.
I don't think it is really the place but is two meat or fish based dishes a day really that unusual??
