Wanted: SRAM lever(s), GXP cranks, disc brake calipers

I'm looking for the following bits for a bike I'm building for my girlfriend. I am short on money at the moment so no fancy stuff please

1. a derailleur that'll take 11-42 and uses Exact Actuation pull ratio - something like a GX 2×10, an X9/0, Apex/Rival 1 - bought on eBay
   
2. MTB disc brake calipers and levers. Cable or hydro is fine, cable probably preferred TBH but cheap is the priority
   
3. cheap GXP cranks, NW ring and GXP BB. 5-bolt 110 BCD, 170/172.5 mm and 38/40/42t chainring ideally
   
4. a left-hand lever for SRAM 1× - S500 or an Apex/Rival/Force shifter with broken shifting bits. Needs to be the same shape as 10-speed Rival right hand lever:
