Yep, found a place in pretty original condition (no extensions pre regs alterations) just off Coppermill. Looking forward to feeling like we are in the country side while being 15 mins from Liverpool Street.

Nice. Sounds like ours. Been rented for ages it’s seems but no-one putting any ‘design flare’ into it so retains all original features. Neighbours next door to ours with same house finding loads of terrible bits done to theirs as it’s been ‘done up’ least If anything’s messed up during the doing up will be on ours heads.
Drain cctv and structural survey booked in this week. Money starts to flow through the fingers..
