The only person I knew that owned a (proper) mini was also a lanky bugger. Is there some weird trend for tall people?

I went on a pupil exchange in France a long time ago. One of us was about 6'7" when he was 15 and his host family turned up in a Mini ... seeing him fold himself into it was very funny. I still remember the look on his face as the car moved off and he had his knees right up to his nose.
