The fact it’s a 29er might be an issue with a 10 year old. Something with 26” wheels would be more manageable for her I think, but there’s not many out there.
Frog do a range of mtb’s, which have 26” wheels, shorter cranks and smaller brake levers. This one is good;

That's a pretty good shout. It sounds like she's just tall enough to be coming off 24" wheels, but 700c/29ers would be too big. I reckon that something with 26" wheels and fairly fat tyres would be perfect, possibly with suspension, but only if it is not too heavy.
Incidentally 140mm cranks on that Frog is unusual. Even for 24" wheel bike cranks are usually specced at 170mm and at least to 157mm.

£400 for this full bike inc hydro brakes. Says suitable from 5ft on the size chart. She’s about 4”9 now I think but it might work and last for quite some time?
Better off with a 10-12yo kids bike?
