  • I wonder how much moving to more calorie dense foods (protein and fat) from carbohydrates has simply impacted your stomach size? Smaller stomach = fuller quicker = harder to put on weight

    Not in any way saying that's what has caused your weight loss - it sounds like you've been really disciplined

  • It's definitely part of it. I was overeating both in terms of calorie content and portion size.

    The hardest part has been avoiding snacks and lunch invites at work...
