  • Went for the Pinnacle Neon 1 after all. Paid for it yesterday online (10% off) at £337 and was going to collect it on Saturday.

It's now listed online as £260. Rang the branch (Wimbledon) and they couldn't give me a definitive answer, but the plan is to go and collect it and return it straight away (for a refund) and then buy it again for the lower price.

Any (ex-)Evans people see a problem with this?

(Some of the money saved will then get spent in the shop as I need some other bits.)

  • Bought one of these for my mum a while back. Great bike for £260 new.

  • Not only this, but if you buy from us and we later reduce our price we will refund the difference (as long as your request is within 7 days of purchase).

You'll get it for the cheaper price if you ask.

  • They should be able to price match the new price providing the order isn't shipped (collected)

If it's shipped they would have to refund and re-sale.

If it's through a hire scheme you would need to make up the value with other items from store or on-line.

    Nope.

Said hi to Rob, that Californian looking geezer.
