Why not take full advantage of ahead stem technology and get 'oversized' bars?
The 1" 1/8 is 28.6mm. I think the frame can handle that 31.8mm will look cack.
What is the benefit of oversized bars in this scenario anyway?
Added stiffness, which I assumed (incorrectly?) was the reason to convert to a threadless carbon fork.
