Uneven grind? Would wash 'powder' past 'boulders' and block the paper at bottom as described.

Changing filters had a slowing effect for me. Both were hario but slightly different (one like normal paper and another more spongy like kitchen paper). I had to change grind setting and coffee volume to get things the way I wanted them.

Any reason why my V60 is taking ages to drain after the first half of the water has gone through? I have tried varying the grind size to no avail, and not sure what else to do? The only thing that has changed is that I've switched to own-brand Hario 02 papers (previously used the ones that came from Pact) - has anyone else had this problem?
