  • Nope, it's either built by Gerard Gillen (Cycles Gillen) or Paris-Tours. Both of which were situated in Montreuil just east of Paris.

    I assumed Paris-Tours as they went with this and some similar paint schemes on many of the frames during this period. But it was a common scheme not only available to them, done by Broggio also not too far from Paris in the other direction.

    My LBS reckon it's a Gillen, a shop owner and builder who built his own bi-tubes during this period and also had some/all of his frames painted by Broggio. If so that makes it two Gillens I have.
