Axles are included, I don't see why not :)

You’d have to use a chain tensioner if you want to run it singlespeed.

Just looked at this on a computer - 12x142 mm rear is good, but 15 mm front is a faff. Most manufacturers are standardising on 12 mm front and rear for road/cross/gravel.
