I'm not sure any of them want that. It's more of a poison chalice now than when May took over.
But if you mean that all those reasons qualify him for the job, then yes.

So, the 48 letters go to the 1922 committee - the leadership contest is announced. Raab won't feature at all, I don't think. He'll go back to being a keen-as-mustard nobody.
