You can probably get away with something a bit rougher/cheaper if you wanted, like a second hand Bodum Bistro grinder would come in under £100 easily and is a good looking grinder which doesn't take up too much room, although a bit noisy!
The Wilfa gets good review (plus says silent DC motor), and I think that website I linked gives out 10% code if you sign up to the mailing list.
Depends on what you need it for! Will you be making sweet sweet espressos with non-pressurised baskets? Or more for Aeropress, Chemex, french press etc...
