Thanks ! The frame is custom hand builded. I asked for a comfy ride with big clearance (at least 700x50 without mudgards).
The mudgards are 60mm GB, I had to bodge them a little but it's ok.
Maybe I should open a thread to keep track of modifications. -

There are brakes on ebay. Seller says it can be used for 26'' to 700C conversion.

I like you man !!!!

Yes definitely, start a thread. I was hoping it was an off the peg frame, the geometry looks good for long days in the saddle.

Seller says it can be used for 26'' to 700C conversion.
What he doesn't say is that you are literally doubling the pivot to pad distance while keeping the original pivot to cable stop distance. Switching to road levers might get back enough mechanical advantage to make it work tolerably.

Nitto make some good ones. Not really standard size with riser bars afaik. Probably cheaper to get a 25.4 riser with shim

Braking power will be compromised due to the distance where the pad will sit vs the pivot.
Might as well use calipers.

I wish I'd thought of that

I spotted a similar co-motion tandem with woundups last month at Eroica. The american couple who rode it accidentally stumbled over l’Eroica while touring italy :)

Had this frame around for a long time, and the parts too, and finally got around to doing something with the lot of them.
The frame came with an unknown and rather plain threadless fork that was too long for the bike and a mishmash of parts so I did the right thing and took it all apart, sold the lot. That was uh, maybe 2 years ago and so it's sat since then.
I ordered the fork about the same time as I sold the old one, it's an Orlowski with the same crown as the correct fork.
The wheels I laced about 2 years ago too, got bored, and finally tensioned a few months back (I also have another set of wheels in the process of being built for about 3 years now!).
I got tired of seeing it sat there so built it up a few weeks ago with an athena group. I almost restarted with a Record 10 speed group but realised I would likely get stuck in an endless loop changing between the two and never actually ride it.
Finally spent the last few weeks procrastinating on the bar tape but got a grip and did it over lunch today.

The attention to detail on the Victoria is amazing and the Preuss looks great, too. The Bianchi needs shallow rims imho, I think it would look great with golden rims like mavic OR 10 or record du monde de l‘heure as a nod to the bianchi supercorsa :)
