Hopefully the insurance company will cover it, but I refused to use their body shop as it’s got such horrendous reviews and sent them a quote from a place I’ve used before

Austin Maxi was the same.

Only a rear door on one side.

But physical door count is five due to the split rear. Honestly I get confused sometimes with how manufacturers state number of doors.

I just found the idea of a door opening on one side funny, especially as the extra door in on the wrong side for the UK.

I was just being a dick.

But I did always love the idea of the Beadle door, just not in the UK. Used to think one of my euro millions cars would be a turboed clubman with the fuel tank relocated to the other side so the half door could be on the left hand side.

Rebuilt turbo all fitted to the Fozzy and boosting happily.

I'm still not sure what i'm supposed to be looking at in the second picture, apart from the reflection of the shit on your garage ceiling...

I'm assuming it's the gleaming shininininess of the windscreen and the absence of stone chips in it. The stone chips that @Dammit has just removed can't be paint stone chips as they would have been removed in the heroically epic respray to get rid of that tiny bit of flakey paint tucked away inside the door reveal.
