Price on eBay 235£ + 15£ shipping
You can get some from the US for £188 total including shipping, that leaves quite a bit of room for a hefty customs charge if you're very unlucky.
But also, I just linked a UK shop with a UK warehouse that sells them new for £219.99 (technically even -£5 due to a current 'new customers' promo), free delivery, Royal Mail Signed for.

First of all it is not more expensive then on eBay.

Price here is 240£ shipped.
Regarding the chain i agree - it's fair point. I would consider selling 15£ cheaper without it.
