• How necessary are the sealings of my current headset cover? It shows 2 rubber seals which also prevent me from removing the cover without lifting the fork.
    Also would it be possible to get a slightly different design? I think it would be a bit more aesthetically pleasing if the radius was lower or chamfered (assuming @dbadger's cover is 46x4, because that's what I should need :))

    Not critical. I've had one of my covers on the T3 for 7 years, and it's still on original bearings. Of course your service conditions may be harsher and the seals don't do any harm.

    Of course. You can have any profile you like, provided that you pay the prototype price. Prototypes start at £100 and go up from there pretty quickly as you start adding requirements
