So stem length for a TT bike to get into a ball park good position - 70/80cm? I presume it has to be short as the extensions are long, also you're roughly wanting your shoulder to elbow vertical when forearms are on the rests?

Thanks for the info, have seen a lot of images of riders with non vertical biceps. Thought I'd atleast attempt to nail down the basics before probably being called a triathlete.
