First run (since the marathon in April) scheduled for tomorrow. I’m sure it’ll hurt like hell and make me very stiff afterwards (fnarrr) but I’m strangely looking forward to that. Worst bit will be trying not to look at the pace clock and wonder how I managed to get so much slower but just riding my bike
