I've already got the building owner involved, Lewisham homes.
They've been round once, No answer.

Upstairs are a bit unresponsive.
As in: I've used the security buzzer. Pretty sure they opened their window looked out, saw me, didn't answer.Last time their washing machine leaked, they didn't answer the door and the fire crew were 10 seconds from caving the door in.
Might be linked to why they don't answer the door.

What’s wrong? Water Leak? If it’s from the place above then it’s them you need to talk to although if it gets real serious the building owner will step in.
I’ve had water coming in from an upstairs flat for days before the freeholder stepped in.
But then the buildings insurance sorted things.
