Nothing wrong with a bit of orange on a watch. I have a Squale 1521 with an orange minute hand, works for me.

Fucking hell. They ask a lot of money for the Dawn Grey Turtles on Yankee eBay.

Because it's a Europe-only limited edition so they can't even get them through the usual asian import dealers. I bet you could get even more from a Japanese buyer if you could navigate the language barrier / Japanese auction sites.

Huh, I just saw they come with a grey version of the current Prospex rubber starp. That's got to tickle the fancy of the collectors on its own.

I have mine on the rubber. Only use the bracelet on the Shogun.

Thoughts on this? Part of me thinks, damn, that is insanely good value on the grey market at $550, I really like it aesthetically and I 'need' a watch that isn't a diver. Another part of me thinks...Tissot... nah.

I have this thing I cannot buy a watch unless the movement is built by the company in question. And that only allows the purchase of Japanese watches as I do not have the monies for Swiss stuff.

Its a 42mm but quite thick. True to its original dimensions but shrunk down a bit.

It's a heavily modified ETA I believe. Tissot = Swatch Group = ETA.

I quite liked the look of the visiodate. Altho all the online wrist shots make it look a bit boxy and high.
