As a space to hang out in, it's too disconnected from the house to make regular use of.
If we had kids i could see it as a really great playroom / tv room etc where they can make all the noise they want.
I'm a musician and my wife is an illustrator so having a dedicated studio space would be great. Probably worth the investment, plus will add some value to the house.
Yeah - if it really has a purpose like that then it's worth the money and i still think the one we have is high quality for the cost.
We just don't need ours as much as we thought we would.
