  • Protein powder. It's how I used to make bars before Huel came along. Oats, protein powder, dried fruits, PB. Mix, form, put in the fridge overnight.

  • I know the eggs are to bind it, but always seems a bit weird 😅 I make a lot of energy ball type things, nut butters and maple syrup or agave should be enough to bind it together. https://minimalistbaker.com/no-bake-pb-j-energy-bites/ haven't made this particular one, but everything on minimalist baker is amazing. They have a bunch of recipes for bars/flapjacks/energy balls etc.
