For unmodified front hubs, the mounting face is 40mm for normal hubs (100×9/12/15 and 110×20) and 45mm for Boost (110×15). Assuming 3mm thick sprockets that gives a chainline of 41.5mm or 46.5mm
IIRC, the mounting face on 135mm rear hubs is 50mm, so that would give a 51.5mm chainline
