Was it @Soul that had a pre-fab studio installed in your garden? How much did it cost?

Yup - we got ours from https://www.thegardenoffice.co.uk

It was about 17k from memory - that included the office (5mx3m), installation, electrical connection, Ethernet connection & underfloor heating.

We've just had an offer accepted on a 3 bed in Peckham. Trying not to get too excited in case something falls through!
