  • I love quark with a diced pear, a couple of chopped dates or figs, and a few pecans roughly broken. Quark is very satisfying. The sourness/chalkiness is easily balanced with a bit of fruit.

  • Yep they're lovely, I knew them as 'quarkkeulchen' sold on the street in Germany. Polish quark (twarog) has a slightly chunky texture though. The smooth, German-style one is what I get.
