Re Wiggins interview;
“There’s a lot more going on than I alluded to this summer. I can’t prove any of it yet. It might take five years''
What does this mean? If has something to say why doesn't he just come out and say it?

Libel?
That said, I think it's just a stalling tactic till everyone forgets...

I hoped he might shame the devil.

Well, I think we all do. I just don't think it's more complex than allowing himself to be talked into eating the forbidden apple by Brailsford and a lawyer's opinion on what constitutes cheating.

I'm sure there are sports where this sort of thing can go well, but I doubt pro cycling's among them:

I mean, he ain't no Beryl Burton.

What are the odds on it being EF talking about hiring him. I’d not put that beyond Vaughters to get some media attention

Aqua Blue riders no longer receiving their salary/UCI guarantee. Delaney has deleted his twitter account. Classy.

Aqua Blue Website and social media all quietly gone too

I always suspected he was a wrong ‘un. All mouth and no trousers.

Isn’t Caleb Ewan married to his daughter.
Awkward.

Apparently Aquablue are suing an unnamed rider. I'd assume its related to the accusations Andy Fenn levelled at them

Accusations? He asked why he hasn’t been paid the wages he’s rightly owed.
The UCI retain three months worth of wages for every team, they and the riders recognise that money is owed to the latter, but whoever is running Aqua Blue Sport this week won’t confirm to the UCI that they should release the money.
Rick Delaney is showing his true colours, by disappearing from social media and not returning calls. The bitter little man.

Jamie Delaney (Rick’s daughter) is defending him on the comments thread on CN

It's nice that she's loyal to her father. What a shame that her father can't show the same loyalty to the riders he employed and owes at least three months wages.

Some good news from this Aqua Blue debacle - Conor Dunne has signed a contract with the Israel Cycling Academy team for 2019.

Still not sure if morals allow that.

I take it all the Astana , Bahrain Merida, UAE riders are all immoral too?

I'm with #andyp here. I'm late to the party and that interview with Wiggins. Reading it yesterday and indeed him talking about his book, made me both revisit my earlier years thrilling to Armstrong/Ullrich/Beloki and Mayo - and indeed Wiggins as Olympic champ attending Herne Hill on Easter Friday meet - and also accepting of failure. Wiggins, was and is a decent enough fella, a great rider of his time, no case proven and despite an 'of it's moment ' perhaps winner of the Tour (as there always have been) he shouldn't be painted so darkly. Avoiding the biblical, one should always question the moral highground one adopts - particularly from the armchair or a Surrey hills sportive - and be more subtle in consideration of apparent failure. Of it's time, under influence and fuck's sake, it's always been hard to win the Tour even if yer doped to the eyeballs. Kant might be a racist, Locke an endorser of slavery but both, clearly, are of their time and have contributed way more than they have taken away. Which is to say, I'm glad there was and is Bradley Wiggins and I'm glad he speaks his mind.

When he speaks at all. If he's got something to say (other than how much he loves Dr Freeman), I think it's high time he said it.
Not if he (or sky) falsified his symptoms.
I find there's enough space in my mind to call out anyone who've crossed an ethical line to use substances to gain an unfair advantage on their fellow competitors.
