  • Nuts. Almonds. Etc. Berries. Raisins. They are your snack friends.
    Also, dark chocolate rice cakes are rather nice.

  • Problem is that a portion of nuts isn't very big and you still have a whole pack of them left over to keep eating...

  • Yeah, I'll eat an entire pack of nuts no problem. Unsalted nuts less of a problem but they're still pretty calorific and too easy to overeat. Fruit and yog or a salad is slower to get through and hopefully by that stage you're less hungry.
