HO really not doing a good job of the "you can trust us". They said only serious criminal offenses would be a blocker to getting settled status BUT now they sneaked in something that anybody denied EU PR can also be denied settled status.
Which is quite shitty because some people like students got denied PR as they didn't have additional health insurance, same with stay at home parents/carers and 12% of people so far have not gotted settled status in the initial trials.
