  • Importing power data form a ride you've done already would work I guess, but you wouldn't get the visual feedback of progress and what's coming up next etc. Seems like a bit of a shonky work-around.

    If you want to do virtual ride stuff, doesn't Zwift have a workout builder you could make your plan in? That way you're not paying for a plan you don't use (TR), you get your virtual ride thing and you can make your own structured workout based on the analogue plan you've found.

  • Ah ok not tried Zwift yet, so possibly. I’m at the stage where I’m just trying things out and thinking aloud on what I think will work best for me.

  • For what it's worth, TR is the nuts for me. I'm not interested in VR stuff though, and I like the numbers feedback and no-brainer training schedule / plans.
