I wonder whether that would work nowadays. Just-in-time whiskey bribes to make sure those just-in-time deliveries can go ahead?

I'm not sure it's something that Nissan would be happy with basing their manufacturing on.

They alone must have more than four trucks a day unloading into Sunderland... That'd be the entire UK annual allowance
