It appears that in the event of a no deal Brexit, the UK government will be able to issue up to a maximum of 1,224 permits to allow UK registered HGVs to operate in the EU.

That's not a lot of lorries. I'm starting to think that maybe 6 weeks' food reserves aren't going to be enough.
Well, that's all the EU's loss if our lorries can't carry as much of our excellent food to Europe any more.
