It appears that in the event of a no deal Brexit, the UK government will be able to issue up to a maximum of 1,224 permits to allow UK registered HGVs to operate in the EU.
That's not really an issue, we just give European lorry firms carte blanche to operate over here. It'll obviously kill the UK lorry industry but that's one just one of those things.

That's not a lot of lorries. I'm starting to think that maybe 6 weeks' food reserves aren't going to be enough.
