Mavic(?) SS rear wheel with Sturmey freewheel

Odd one this, looks like an actual 700c Mavic CXP22 in black laced to a generic loose bearing SS rear hub with a Mavic sticker on it? Anyway, little use, straight and round, looks clean and the freewheel is decent too.
