  • I'm on 75 I think - from experience, that's good for flats (which is what I 'optimised' it for) with the occasional hill, but to just go up and down hills... a bit on the high side, if you value your knees! Still tempted to give it a go though. From the initial description, this is not necessarily going to be the Sagan hill sprint awards, right?

    its meant to be intervals. So easy on the flat then do what you like/can on the hills.

    Then drop everyone on the way to the pub, yet somehow not be the first at the bar......
